Therapy is a journey that is unique to each person. It helps you learn more about yourself, your relationships, and how you interact with the world.
Lyndsay’s approach is integrative and tailored to fit the client's specific needs and goals. She takes a warm and empathetic approach to tackle issues from a strengths based perspective. Lyndsay has a strong belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and is dedicated to creating a safe, creative space in which clients can process and share without judgement. She hopes to encourage and support while giving clients tools to use in and out of session.
Through academic and clinical training Lyndsay has been exposed to many therapeutic tools and enjoys techniques that speak to a client’s belief systems and are easily incorporated into a client’s life. This can show up through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), feminist therapy, and family systems therapy. She enjoys working with people of all ages, covering a wide range of topics including anxiety, depression, and issues surrounding self-esteem.
Lyndsay is passionate about walking with individuals through various life transitions such as divorce or relationship changes, graduations, and beyond. Wherever you are in your life, and whatever challenges you are engaged with, Lyndsay will meet you with warmth, compassion, authenticity, humor, and empowerment.
