I am a clinician who believes that everyone has the power within themselves to move forward in their journey. In 2019 I received my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am skilled in many modalities and bring a holistic approach to our counseling sessions. I can incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief-Solution Focused, Expressive Arts, Spiritual Exploration, and Mindfulness approaches depending on your comfort level, needs, and objectives. Our work together is an invitation to discover your own insight of yourself and the world around you.
